You're so right about veg. I just came back from Mallorca and I have never cooed over a grilled sweet potato like that. Insane flavour and texture. Produce is key, of course, but it's also got something to do with a lime juice drizzle to finish 😉

Please bring back the salad lady , everyone misses her and the Morrocan style salad is still a winning dish every time . I even make it in Italy
